A SUPER-common eating mistake (with a SUPER-easy fix)

Before my nutrition practice, I worked in corporate wellness, and I was darn good eating a salad in the car, while I was driving all over the city.

Yeah, I know…dumb and very unsafe!!

But my day was so booked that I only had enough time to drive from one client location to another….and this created a frantic lunch situation.

You ever have one of those?

Anyway, here’s the problem…I was eating healthy (salad vs. PB&J), but I was making one HUGE mistake that was leaving me drained and keeping me from getting the benefits of eating healthy.
